We generally see success with a more technical oriented individual who can perform the following :

• Pay great attention to details.
• Be goal and results driven.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Display excellent time management.
• Complete documents on time, such as customer proposals and construction bids, change orders, weekly call reports.
• Familiarize themselves with architectural specifications and construction design elements.
