Inside Salesperson to assist our team in providing the best customer experience possible. Northwest Tire has been serving North Dakota and surrounding areas for 45 years, and prides itself on providing stable employment opportunities with excellent facilities and equipment.

The inside sales staff is responsible for keeping the service department rolling with walk in customers and also ensuring our outside sales team work orders are completed efficiently. Customer service is a top priority and as such personality and drive are key attributes we seek in an applicant. Tire and mechanical knowledge is always a plus but we are willing to help staff members grow in the industry.

Daily tasks include but not limited to : Scheduling appointments, building estimates and invoices, keeping customers updated with their vehicle status, delegating workorders to the service staff, keeping ahead of industry trends and technologies, tire sales, and recommending needed services.
