**Job Title: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)**

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Hidalgo County, Texas. As a Home Health RN, you will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes, ensuring that they receive the highest quality of care while promoting their health, safety, and well-being. **Key Responsibilities:**
- Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting care plans as needed.
- Educate patients and their families on managing medical conditions and maintaining health.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide compassionate and empathetic support to patients and their families.
**Qualifications:**
- Valid RN license in the state of Texas.
- Proven experience in a home health or similar healthcare setting is preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within Hidalgo and Starr Counties.
