Job Description
Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from initiation to completion. Manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and within agreed limits. Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to meet project milestones. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards on all projects. Track project progress and prepare detailed reports for stakeholders. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project objectives are met effectively. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and manage expectations. Maintain accurate project documentation and records.
