Pediatric Registered Nurse

A company is looking for a Pediatric Registered Nurse.

Key Responsibilities

Provide proactive care and triage for clinical issues

Perform comprehensive assessments and establish care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team

Document care management assessments and interventions, ensuring effective communication with patients and healthcare team members

Required Qualifications

Licensed RN in at least one state with eligibility for other state licensures

Bachelor's in nursing from an accredited university

Pediatric experience in outpatient, home health, or similar settings

Minimum 1 year of care coordination or case management experience preferred

Bilingual in Spanish preferred
