Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Learning & Development Specialist, where you\'ll play a pivotal role in transforming and enhancing our global training programs. This position offers a unique opportunity to showcase your bilingual skills and creativity in content creation and program support.

Responsibilities

Facilitate the rollout and execution of engaging learning programs and initiatives.
Translate and culturally adapt learning content from English to Japanese.
Provide essential administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
Develop captivating e-learning content using innovative tools.
Effectively manage multiple projects and priorities with a positive approach.

Qualifications

Fluency in both Japanese and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Rise or VYOND.

Proven ability to work with Learning Management Systems (LMS).

Preferred Skills

Background in content localization or translation is advantageous.

Understanding of adult learning principles and previous corporate L&D experience.

Familiarity with additional digital learning platforms.
