Investment Sales Advisory Analyst - JLLWhat this job involves :

Join JLL's dynamic Investment Sales team as an Investment Sales Advisory Analyst, where you'll play a crucial role in the sale of commercial real estate assets from start to finish. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in every stage of a transaction, from initial underwriting and market research to final closing and client relationship management. Working in our high-energy, collaborative environment, you'll contribute directly to JLL's mission of shaping the future of real estate by helping clients make informed investment decisions that drive their business success forward.

What your day-to-day will look like :

• Prepare comprehensive investment advisory packages and submissions for commercial real estate transactions, including conducting market research, building complex financial models, and composing executive summaries
• Perform sophisticated financial modeling and underwriting of commercial real estate transactions using market data, JLL databases, and comparable sales to ensure accurate valuations
• Manage the due diligence process and drive marketing and closing activities for each transaction while maintaining constant communication with Producers, market participants, and clients
• Utilize databases and analytical tools to identify market trends and prepare compelling materials for client pitches and meetings
• Review and analyze real estate documents including leases, loan documents, and appraisals to identify potential issues and concerns
• Develop and recommend creative financing alternatives to present to senior team members and clients
• Build and expand your professional network through client meetings, industry events, and participation in real estate trade organizations
