Commercial Lines Account Manager - Insurance - San Diego

This top insurance agency, with over three decades of success, is growing its team and seeking a dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager. The agency is renowned for its commitment to exceptional client service and fostering a supportive environment that recognizes and rewards hard work.

The Fun Stuff :

$80,000 - $115,000 annual salary, plus commission and bonus opportunities
Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) plan
Following the initial training period, a hybrid work schedule will be implemented, offering a blend of in-office and remote work
Educational assistance, community involvement, and company events

Preferred Qualifications :

Valid Property & Casualty insurance license

5+ years in Commercial Lines Account Management,

Proficiency in EPIC and experience with mid-size accounts preferred

In-depth understanding of insurance coverages, products, and agency procedures

The Position :

Manage a mid-size book of business composed of real estate, commercial, residential, and construction accounts

Maintain consistent direct contact with clients and deliver exceptional customer service

Consult with clients to determine their coverage options and recommend the most suitable solutions

Actively market new and renewal business opportunities

Develop and nurture strong relationships with insurance carriers

Conduct initial reviews of policies and prepare comprehensive coverage breakdowns

Respond promptly to correspondence, telephone, and in-person inquiries from insureds regarding coverage, policy changes, premium payments, and related matters

Assist in gathering renewal exposure information in collaboration with the producer

Perform other job-related duties as assigned
