The Personal Training Lead (PTL) is the manager of the clubs personal training department. Youll advance the personal training business by building and developing a high-performing team, inspiring them to deliver world-class coaching, and driving both client acquisition and retention.

Your leadership ensures every training session is safe, effective, and results-driven while creating an atmosphere thats friendly, fun, and inclusive. By blending mentorship with achieving monthly session targets, youll help transform livesboth inside and outside the gym.
