Job description

We’re seeking a talented National Accounts Manager to join our team in either the Midwest or Southern region championing sales growth with key National Retail Accounts. Reporting to the VP Sales, National Accounts Manager and working with a highly driven team, you’ll lead sales and drive business growth of our Oyster Bay and Barossa Valley Estate brands. We are offering $, to $, base salary as well as benefits.

What you’ll be doing

  • Build and maintain relationships strong and mutually rewarding business relationships.
  • Analyze strategies and promotional tools to develop proposals with stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute shared annual business plans to support the business goals.
  • Collaborate with Business Planning Team to leverage data into insights.
  • You will be preparing and participating in some National Account meetings, so travel may be required on a regular basis.

What you’ll Bring

  • At least 5+ years industry experience in managing key national accounts.
  • A relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Ability to influence effective outcomes based on sound reasoning and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills.
  • You enjoy learning and staying up to date with industry and market trends.
  • Strong time management and planning ability.
