The Role

We're on the hunt for a part-time  Assistant Manager  to help lead our Charleston crew. You'll bring the Mugsy energy every day—supporting sales, styling customers, and helping the store look as good as our threads feel.

This role is perfect for someone who loves people, thrives in retail, and isn't afraid to roll up their (very soft) sleeves to make things happen. What You'll Do

• Lead by example :  Deliver an unbeatable in-store experience and drive sales alongside the Store Manager.
• Keep things looking sharp :  Support visual merchandising to keep the floor fresh, fun, and totally Mugsy.
• Keep it running smooth :  Assist with daily operations—opening / closing, inventory, and scheduling.
• Grow the team :  Help recruit, interview, and train new store associates.
• Be the vibe :  Keep the Mugsy culture strong—laid-back, positive, and customer-obsessed.
