We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our growing team. This is a dual role position combining full-cycle recruiting with payroll support. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organized, and has hands-on experience recruiting across warehouse, e-commerce, and marketing roles.
The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent while also assisting with payroll processing and related administrative tasks.

PLEASE NOTE : THIS POSITION IS 100% ONSITE, MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY WITH A SCHEDULE BETWEEN 8 : 30AM TO 5 : 30PM MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY. HYBRID WORK IS NOT AVAILABLE
Key Responsibilities :
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (75%)
Manage full-cycle recruitment for warehouse, e-commerce, and marketing positions.Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth hiring process.Maintain accurate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and candidates to ensure a positive experience.Payroll Support (25%)
Assist in payroll processing on a semi-monthly basis in the area of reviewing timesheets, time-off requests and various reporting.Respond to employee payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Support HR compliance and recordkeeping related to payroll and employee data.Requirements :
Qualifications & Experience :
5+ years of experience in recruitment and payroll processing.Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in warehouse, e-commerce, and marketing roles.Hands-on experience with payroll processes and HRIS systems.Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with California labor laws and payroll compliance is a plus.Experience supporting both hourly and salaried employee groupsBilingual in English / Spanish a plusBasic knowledge of employment and wage lawsAssociate or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferredPreferred Skills :
Experience with ATS systems (Preferably Paylocity)Familiarity with payroll software (Preferably Paylocity).Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and support HR reporting.Benefits :
