HubSpot Support Specialist

A company is looking for a HubSpot Support Specialist to maintain, optimize, and advance their HubSpot CRM platform.

Key Responsibilities

Support ongoing data hygiene, including de-duplication and historical data cleanup

Assist in designing, testing, and deploying workflows and automations to streamline processes

Provide day-to-day user support by troubleshooting and resolving issues within HubSpot

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience

1-3 years of hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM or a comparable system

Experience with HubSpot AI tools and advanced capabilities

Experience with system integrations (e.g., Zapier, APIs, or native connectors) preferred

HubSpot certifications (e.g., Marketing Software, Sales Software, Operations Software) preferred
