About Overton Industries

A Day in the Role

Step into our Franklin facility and start the day by ensuring visitors feel welcome, registered in the check-in system, and outfitted with required PPE. As the hub of our office, you’ll coordinate calendars, answer calls, route correspondence, and set the stage for productive meetings—complete with prepared rooms and occasional meals for customers.

Midday often brings a mix of organizing digital and physical records, logging drawings and quotes, and keeping office supplies in check. You’ll compile and publish weekly updates for our sales and operations teams, support project follow-ups to keep deadlines on track, and manage travel arrangements and expense reports without a hitch.

Throughout the week, you’ll maintain PTO and absentee records, monitor timekeeping for accuracy, and treat sensitive information with absolute discretion. When new needs arise, you’ll jump in to handle additional administrative tasks and keep the operation running smoothly.
