This includes integrated logistics, organ recovery, and perfusion services designed to serve healthcare institutions nationwide.

Key Responsibilities

• Securities and Disclosures :  Manage securities-related tasks like SEC filings (Forms 144, 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, S-8, etc.), stock issuance, tax compliance, and public disclosures.
• Strategic Transactions :  Lead legal aspects of mergers, acquisitions, investments, and related transactions.
• Equity and Compensation :  Oversee equity administration, executive compensation, and employee relations, collaborating with HR, finance, and legal teams.
• Corporate Governance :  Drive corporate governance efforts, including board meeting documentation, subsidiary management, and the establishment of company policies.
• Contract Management :  Offer legal support for contracts across all divisions and subsidiaries.
• Legal Department Leadership :  Build and enhance an efficient legal function, including contract repository and templates tailored to business needs.
• Risk Management :  Oversee insurance portfolios, litigation, and external counsel management, ensuring proper budget oversight.
