Your Role :

Evaluate and Diagnose : Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and accurately diagnose mental health conditions. This in an in-clinic opportunity.

Develop Tailored Treatment Plans : Craft personalized treatment strategies that may include psychotherapy, medications, and lifestyle modifications.

Educate and Empower : Guide patients and their families through understanding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies.

Collaborate Effectively : Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to manage patient care and contribute to research that advances interventional treatment.

Supervision : Have the opportunity to supervise Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners.

Maintain Accurate Records : Ensure all patient information is meticulously documented to support ongoing care and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

MD or DO from an accredited institution

Board-certified in Psychiatry

Licensed in Texas with an active DEA license (unencumbered)

Skilled in psychiatric evaluations and medication management for adults and / or adolescents

TMS (Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation) experience preferred

Excellent communicator with a collaborative, ethical, and solution-focused approach

Comfortable with EMR systems and videoconferencing tools

Passionate about professional growth and continuous learning
