Job descriptionYou have an active New Jersey CHHA license You have at least 1 + yr(s) of Exp. You have a driver’s license + reliable vehicle + current insurance You have a recent PPD / QuantiFERON test showing negative results (or chest X-ray if positive) Provide personal care and hygiene support Assist with safe transfers and fall prevention Prepare meals and give medication reminders Handle light housekeeping and errands Offer companionship and memory care support Provide transportation to appointments and outings $20 / hour (Weekdays) | $21 / hour (Weekends) Guaranteed 35 hours / week paycheck for experienced CHHAs Same-Day Pay (TapCheck) PTO, sick days, and paid holidays Health insurance (as low as $15 / check) 401(k) with company match Bonuses + paid training HHA certification support Hybrid CHHA / office roles when available
