As a Business Supply Chain Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by :

• Supporting New Product Introduction work by partnering with division cross-functional teams on design for manufacturability, service, product & process capability, and cost effectiveness to ensure successful development, scale-up and launch
• Collaborating across functions and global manufacturing plants to improve end-to-end global supply chain efficiency and performance
• Leading and supporting continuous improvement projects in service, quality, cost and cash
• Partnering with Global Manufacturing Technology and Enterprise Operations organizations to identify, justify, and deploy technology advancements.
• Ensuring long-range capacity plans, supply chain architecture and network will enable growth with acceptable service and inventory levels.
• Willingness to maintain flexible hours and travel to support manufacturing and value stream improvement across global manufacturing operations.

Applicable to US Applicants Only : The expected compensation range for this position is $141,150 - $172,517, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible.
