Press Production Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Press Production Supervisor to lead our 1st shift production team in a fast-paced, high-volume manufacturing environment. This hands-on leadership role is critical in maintaining a safety-first culture , driving continuous improvement , and developing a highly engaged workforce. The ideal candidate will excel at servant leadership , empowering team members, and delivering exceptional production results.

Safety Leadership :

• Champion a safety-first culture, enforce safety policies, and conduct audits.
• Lead root-cause investigations for incidents or near-misses and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure all team members are trained in safety protocols and properly use PPE.
