About The Position

Job Description & Requirements

Sonographer - Diagnostic - (Sonography - Sono)

StartDate : 11 / 17 / 2025

Available Shifts : 8 D / E / N

Pay Rate : $2026.04 - $2220.02

Required Qualifications

Must be competent to proficient in : Abdomen (Aorta, IVC, Liver / Biliary, Pancreas, Spleen, and Renal. Both normal and Pathology). GYN (breast, ovaries, Adnexa, Uterus, Pelvis. Pathology and normal, post-menopausal, transvaginal, adult and pediatric). OB (1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester, amniocentesis, complications, biophysical profile, gestational age, placental grading, abnormalities, IGUR, Uterus / Adnexa). Procedures to include aspirations, biopsies, drainage, and intraoperative. Neonatal (congenital anomalies and neonatal head). Superficial structures (Abdominal wall, breast, focal masses, hematoma, scrotum & testes, thyroid. Vascular (Carotid duplex, segmental pressure studies, upper and lower extremity venous and arterial duplex).

Equipment utilized in the unit / dept : Canon i700; Meditech EMR, Fuji Synapse PACS

Required skills and minimum years of experience : Min 3 years' experience in an acute hospital setting.

Specific licensures and certifications / registrations required : ARDMS (AB)(OB)(RVT). Active BLS - must be AHA Certified.
