We’re hiring a Staff Data Engineer to help build and scale the data + AI foundation behind personalized healthcare. You’ll design secure, real-time and batch data pipelines, integrate complex healthcare data, and collaborate across teams to deliver impactful, data-driven experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Build and scale real-time + batch data infrastructure (Kafka, Spark, DuckDB)
• Design robust, secure, and scalable data pipelines
• Lead technical decisions, mentor teammates, and drive best practices
• Build APIs and backend services (Python, FastAPI, MongoDB, cloud-native)
• Ensure observability, security, and compliance (HIPAA, HITECH)
