Pay : $120k-$180k DOE

Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and ambitious Associate Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will assist in various litigation matters, particularly those related to municipal law, code enforcement, and civil litigation. This position offers the opportunity to develop legal expertise and contribute to significant cases that impact our community.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in preparing for court cases and legal proceedings
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
• Represent clients in administrative hearings and court appearances
• Manage case files and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures
• Collaborate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather necessary evidence
• Attend depositions, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations affecting municipal and civil litigation.
