Job Description

The ESS Regional Sales Director is responsible for leading and managing the sales team in the designated regions (Eastern US, Western US, Canada, South America) to drive the sales and market expansion of energy storage products. This position requires excellent market insight, strategic planning capabilities, and leadership skills to ensure the achievement of the company's sales targets and market penetration.

• Organizeanddevelopthesalesteaminaccordancewithcompanygoals
• Strategize and plan for product and process optimization too leadership
• Provideprofessionalproductconfigurationandwealthmanagementservicestocustomers
• Responsibleforlocalresourceexploration,saleschanneldevelopment,maintenance, service,andcooperatewidelywithlocalinstitutions
• Understandindustrydynamicsandcompetitorsituations,providetimelymarketinformationfeedback,andoffersuggestionsforthecompany'smarketingstrategy
• Work Reporting : Complete work reports and other related business reporting tasks to ensure timely updates and accuracy of information

Compensation

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package at Gotion, and is determined within a range. This provides you with the opportunity to progress as you grow and advance your career at Gotion. The base pay range for this role is shown below, and will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, and location.

Expected Pay Range

$130,000 - $200,000 USD
