Responsibilities
Prospecting : Identify and reach out to potential clients through networking, referrals, and paid marketing to expand the client-base.
Customized Solutions : Develop tailored insurance plans that best suit client needs, ensuring comprehensive coverage and optimal client satisfaction.
Sales Targets : Consistently achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high service standards.
Client Relations : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by delivering exceptional service and support.
Market Trends : Remain knowledgeable about industry changes, competitor actions, and local market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
Requirements
Sales experience required, property & casualty license preferred. Allstate experience a huge plus!
