Position Summary :

The Operating Room Registered Nurse provides direct and specialized nursing care to patients before, during, and after surgical procedures. This role involves coordinating with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the perioperative team to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality surgical care. The OR RN is responsible for patient assessment, preparation, intraoperative monitoring, maintaining sterile technique, managing surgical equipment needs, and ensuring smooth transitions through all perioperative phases. A strong focus on patient safety, rapid decision-making, and adherence to surgical protocols is essential.
