Role Overview
As Clinician Lead (PharmD or equivalent clinical researcher) , you will play a key role in shaping the design, validation, and clinical integrity of our AI healthcare platform. You will apply your pharmacological, neuroscientific, or clinical expertise to ensure the platform reflects real-world treatment standards and delivers safe, effective, and regulatory-aligned recommendations for clinicians and patients.
This position offers an opportunity to work at the intersection of pharmacy, psychiatry, neuroscience, and artificial intelligence , influencing how digital therapeutics are developed and deployed globally.

Qualifications
Education :Final-year PharmD candidate or recent PharmD graduate from an accredited U.S. program, orPhD / Postdoctoral researcher in pharmacology, neuroscience, or biomedical sciences from a top-tier research university.Preferred Background :Training or clinical experience in addiction medicine , substance use disorders , neurology , or pain managementFamiliarity with MAT (Medication-Assisted Treatment) , neurotherapeutics, and behavioral health approachesUnderstanding of treatment guidelines (APA, VA / DoD, NICE, ASAM, etc.)Experience or strong interest in digital health, AI, or clinical decision support toolsPreferred PharmD Programs (U.S.)

1. Clinical Assessment & Therapeutic Strategy
Evaluate patient data and clinical cases to inform diagnostic and therapeutic pathways.Apply evidence-based guidelines in addiction medicine, pain management, psychosis, and neurological therapeutics.Support algorithmic modeling of treatment strategies integrating pharmacologic and behavioral approaches.2. Product Development & Compliance
Ensure AI tools align with medical standards, dosing safety, and regulatory frameworks.Validate integration of clinical guidelines (APA, NICE, ASAM, etc.) into the AI decision engine.Collaborate on treatment logic, risk alerts, and clinical decision support features.3. Research & Content Development
Conduct literature reviews and interpret clinical trial data.Translate emerging science into practical, AI-compatible clinical logic.Contribute to medical content for clinicians, regulators, and patients.4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with engineers, data scientists, and product designers to embed clinical knowledge in the AI platform.Participate in testing, feedback, and validation of AI modules.Ensure end-to-end clinical accuracy and safety.Impact & Opportunity
