Responsibilities :

Responsible for Strategic IT Planning
Identify, assess, and integrate emerging technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
Establish and refine IT and OT policies, frameworks, and processes to uphold industry best practices and regulatory compliance. Ensure seamless operation of all business-critical applications. Develop and implement Disaster Recovery and Incident Response strategies.
Lead the organization's cybersecurity initiatives, safeguarding sensitive data and mitigating risks associated with cyber threats. Deploy security measures and systems to enhance resilience against potential attacks.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation to enhance performance and cost efficiency.
Build and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering continuous improvement and professional growth. Set clear objectives and provide performance evaluations.
Utilize data analytics to generate business insights and inform decision-making. Drive automation initiatives and digitalization efforts to enhance productivity.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with technology providers and service partners to ensure cost-effective and high-quality solutions.

Requirements :

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline with 10 years of IT leadership experience, with a strong background in strategic technology planning and management.

Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, and enterprise systems.

Strong understanding of emerging digital trends and their business applications.

Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects and manage budgets effectively.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Solid knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, data protection laws, and best practices for threat mitigation.

Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Executive (CISE), ITIL, or equivalent credentials are preferred.
