Job description
  • Need EM providers starting October PRN, then FT in January (ongoing)
  • 6-month assignment
  • 5 providers to start PRN in October, then an additional 10 in January
  • Minimum shifts : 3 shifts
  • Must be ABEM or AOBEM, or BC FM with EM experience (no alternate boards accepted)
  • ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS required
  • Staffing model : 1 MD and 1 APC
  • Shift times : 7a-7p and 7p-7a
  • NPPA shift times : 12p-9p
  • Annual volume : 13,000
  • % admitted patients : 15%
  • No trauma level designation
  • No scribe coverage
  • 25 ICU beds
  • EMR : Meditech
  • Active NC license required
  • Flu vaccination required
  • Credentialing timeline : 90 days
  • Expedited privs available with agency + provider cooperation
