Key Responsibilities :

• Project Planning :   Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Client Coordination :   Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and maintaining strong relationships.
• Team Management :  Lead and motivate project teams, assign tasks, and monitor performance.
• Quality Assurance :  Ensure all projects meet high-quality standards and comply with regulations.
• Risk Management :   Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Reporting :   Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project progress, issues, and solutions.
