A company is looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles.
Key Responsibilities :
Partner with hiring managers to develop targeted recruitment strategies and maintain a talent pipeline
Utilize various sourcing methods to identify and engage top technical talent
Coordinate interviews and manage the offer extension process while ensuring a positive candidate experience
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting for technical roles such as software engineering, AI / ML, or Data Science
Strong understanding of technical roles and exceptional sourcing abilities
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
