Responsibilities include :

  • Achieving sales goals by generating new leads through qualified calls and meetings.
  • Providing education and consulting on captive insurance to clients and partners.
  • Maintaining client relationships and addressing their evolving needs.
  • Participating in sales activities and promoting a positive attitude.
  • Attending captive meetings and supporting growth initiatives.
  • Ensuring team accountability and fostering high-performing teams.

Qualifications :

  • College degree preferred.
  • Sales experience, preferably in commercial property casualty.
  • Appropriate state insurance license or ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Strong sales skills, excellent communication, proficiency in technology including Salesforce, and willingness to travel up to 50%.
