Floor Tech

Clean Team / Provantage , a consolidator of leading specialty cleaning services and contractor services providers across Ohio and the mid-Atlantic region, is recruiting a second shift part-time traveling floor technician for its rapidly growing platform of diverse client locations.

We are looking for an experienced floor technician to oversee the operations in Cincinnati . The goal for this role is to ensure client contracts are met while exceeding expectations and efficiency. A successful floor technician will have a lead with service attitude and own the outcome regardless of the result.

Primary Responsibilities :

• Performs all types of floor care and maintenance throughout the facility, including hard surfaces and carpeting.
• Cleaning and maintaining floors, including stripping, scrubbing, buffing, waxing, refinishing, sealing and spot cleaning.
• Adhere to all organizational safety, risk management and infection control standards.
• Cleans and performs routine maintenance on floor equipment.
• Maintains accurate floor care logs and checklists.
• Operates all equipment with care according to facility and manufacturers safety standards and procedures.
• Performs project work and specialty tasks according to facility needs.
• Follow all infection prevention practices (i.e., proper cleaning process, hand hygiene, standard & isolation precautions where and if required with proper use of personal Protect Equipment (PPE).
