Position Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Post Acute / Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The RN will work with residents and patients in specialized units, including Alzheimer’s / dementia care, transitional rehabilitation, and long-term placement units, to ensure safe, compassionate, and patient-centered care.
