Job Description
As an Electromechanical Engineer, you will bridge the gap between electrical controls—such as motors, automation, and robotics—and mechanical design. You'll work on exciting projects that integrate technology to enhance efficiency, precision, and functionality within a fast-paced, highly regulated food production environment. Key Tasks And Responsibilities
Design and Development
- 3D Design Expertise : Extensive experience with SolidWorks or similar tools, creating detailed 3D models and drawings.
- Hands-On Maker : Comfortable working with suppliers to get parts made, and experienced in assembling and testing designs to bring systems to life.
- Automation Knowledge : Ability to select sensors, actuators, motors, and control systems to automate and optimize mechanical designs for maximum performance.
System Integration
Controls Programming : Proficient with languages like LAD, ST, FBD, C / C++, Python, or Java for control systems.System Design : Strong experience designing integrated control and mechanical systems.Automation Skills : Skilled at building systems that combine electrical and mechanical components for smooth operation.AI Experience : Bonus points for familiarity with machine learning tools and AI neural networks.Testing and Troubleshooting
Development Cycle : Experienced in managing the entire process from design through testing to deployment.Problem Solving : Capable of troubleshooting and optimizing product performance efficiently.Documentation : Adept at documenting processes and sharing insights for team growth.Customer Focus : Ability to understand and adapt designs to meet customer needs, even when unclear.Project Management
