Staff Software Engineer, Postman Insights

With Postman Insights, our vision is to help all developers more quickly find and fix production issues. Insights reduces mean time to resolution for incidents and API bugs by identifying, root-causing, and reproducing incidents. The Insights agent watches API traffic, uses AI to discover endpoints, and integrates with Request Builder to replay API errors across environments.
We are looking for a technical leader to drive scaling efforts for our solution as we mature and roll out to more users. This role focuses on latency, reliability, and scale for a system built on top of a time-series database handling billions of requests weekly.

Compensation : The reasonably estimated base salary for this role ranges from $250,000 to $290,000, plus a competitive equity package. Actual compensation is based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience.
