Wildlife Biologist - South Dakota

A company is looking for a Range Wildlife Biologist.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with partners to promote and implement conservation programs related to the Federal Farm Bill

Assist in project coordination, contract management, and conservation plan development

Provide technical guidance on wildlife habitat enhancement and participate in outreach activities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Wildlife Management or a related field and three years of relevant experience

Wildlife Society Certification and graduate work are preferred

Experience with agricultural systems, farming, and ranching

Knowledge of wildlife ecology and habitat management techniques

Proficiency with ArcGIS Pro or USDA Conservation Desktop
