Front Desk / Scheduler / Treatment Coordinator – La Jolla, CA

Full Time | Private Fee-for-Service Practice

Our exceptional fee-for-service dental practice is seeking a reliable and personable team member to handle front desk responsibilities, patient scheduling, and treatment coordination. We pride ourselves on providing outstanding care in a supportive and professional environment.

Compensation :

• $27–$29 per hour, based on experience
• Monthly bonus opportunities

Schedule :

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday : 8 AM–5 PM

Wednesday : 7 : 30 AM–4 PM

Friday : 7 AM–1 PM

Qualifications :

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dental practice

Comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients

Strong communication and organizational skills

Friendly, professional, and patient-focused demeanor

Responsibilities :

Present and explain treatment plans, addressing patient concerns and questions

Assist patients in prioritizing treatment and establishing scheduling and payment plans

Manage scheduling and front desk duties

Perform general office tasks and other duties as assigned
