How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Direct clinical operations and resource workflows to ensure every resident receives seamless, high-quality care within our long-term care community.
• Design and implement departmental goals that align with legal and ethical standards, fostering an environment of safety and clinical excellence.
• Empower and grow your nursing team by leading strategic hiring, orientation, and professional development initiatives that build a culture of retention.
• Manage fiscal health by preparing and monitoring budgets, ensuring your department has the necessary resources to provide elite resident services.
• Champion regulatory compliance by overseeing audits and patient transitions (admissions/discharges) to maintain full alignment with State and Federal healthcare standards.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider preferred.
• Registered Nurse preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in nursing or diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing required.
• Master's degree or combination of Bachelor's degree and experience preferred.

Work Experience:

• 5 years of experience required.
• 10 years of experience preferred.
• 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
• 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.

What additional preferences we're seeking

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license is required
• Previous experience as a Director of Nursing, DON, or RN Director in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility.
