Schedule Hours : Mon-Fri : 8a-12p (20 hrs a week)

Immediate start and expected to last 6 to 8 weeks

Tasks :

• Answering the phone for a service business
• Resolve the inquiry / issue of the caller
• Transfer call to appropriate person
• Data input into software system
