Project Manager – Luxury Commercial

Location : Bonita / Ft. Myers, FL area

Project Manager — Ground-Up, Vertical Construction Luxury Commercial (Bonita / Ft. Myers)

Be part of a proven, award-winning GC in the Southwest Florida area. They’re building landmark, ground-up LUXURY commercial projects across Lee / Collier counties—and they’re hiring a Project Manager experienced in Vertical Construction and local to the Southwest Florida area with strong market knowledge and / or relationships of area construction network and who wants challenging work close to home. Experience in "high-end" finishes is a PLUS! Projects value range from $5M-$15M.

What You’ll Do

• Manage GROUND UP, Vertical Construction projects start-to-finish, ensuring safety, schedule & budget
• Lead subcontractors & project teams with strong communication & accountability
• Oversee schedules ( MS Project or P6 ) and review documents in Bluebeam
• Drive successful outcomes while building lasting client relationships
