We have a client that has an urgent need for an experienced and highly versatile Senior Systems Engineer—a true technical "Swiss Army Knife"—to serve as the central expert for our critical IT infrastructure supporting specialized clinical and healthcare services.

This role demands a minimum of ten (10) years of hands-on experience and a deep understanding of complex clinical systems, high-performance enterprise networking, and robust security protocols. You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and ensuring the seamless, compliant, and high-performance operation of systems across our clinics and facilities.

Responsibilities : The Core of What You'll Be Managing

• System & Specialty Management : Oversee and maintain the entire IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and specialized Clinical Imaging and Information Systems (e.g., PACS, RIS, and other specialty software).
• Integration & Standards : Ensure the smooth integration of all specialized clinical systems using DICOM standards and HL7 interfaces with existing enterprise IT infrastructure.
• Networking Expertise : Manage and optimize the network infrastructure (LAN / WAN, VPNs) to support high-performance data transfer and ensure secure communication across all healthcare sites.
• Security & Compliance : Implement and monitor security measures to protect sensitive patient data, strictly adhering to healthcare industry standards, especially HIPAA and data privacy regulations.
• Support & Documentation : Provide expert-level technical support, troubleshooting complex hardware and software issues, and maintaining up-to-date system documentation and procedural guides.
