Description: The LM MFC F&BO Training and Development (T&D) team is seeking a highly motivated employee to perform F&BO usage metrics tracking analysis, manage digital training efforts, perform F&BO Homepage Rotator graphic updates and support business rhythm tasks for the Early Career Development Program courses and instructors.

This role will include analysis and review of statistical data for ECDP course surveys, graduate metrics and participation completion status results. Data results will be formulated into graphical representations and power points for leadership. Also, an opportunity for enhancement of ECDP metrics using a tableau workbook.

This role requires strong communication, creativity, presentation and analytical skills. The role interfaces with a wide realm of networking including MFC Communications, HR, T&OC, Atlas Learning Team and Corporate People Development Team. This job will develop solutions to enhance F&BO skills training, implement 1LMX and enhance MFC F&BO employee development and engagement.

Basic Qualifications:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Aptitude and willingness to facilitate results, be a self-starter.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
• Basic Tableau Experience with a strong willingness to learn.

Desired Skills:

• SharePoint Site Maintenance with HTML/CSS and SharePoint designer, InfoPath designer 2013 from creation/maintenance; Work Press; Access Experience

• Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
• Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
• Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
• Pay Rate:
• The annual base salary range for this position in Colorado or Washington is $58,200 - $111,600. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

• This position is incentive plan eligible.
• Pay Rate:
• The annual base salary range for this position in California or New York City is $67,000 - $126,100. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
