Job description

A company is looking for a Delivery Success Manager who will ensure the quality and successful delivery of services through partner networks.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with partner delivery resources and facilitate communication meetings

Monitor service delivery quality, identify risks, and collaborate on issue resolution

Advocate for partners within the organization to remove roadblocks and enhance delivery processes

Required Qualifications

3+ years of experience in managing technical services or implementation projects through external partners

Strong understanding of SaaS implementation methodologies and best practices

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Experience with project management tools and methodologies

Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive environment
