The Project Manager - Government Projects - Washington, DC will :

  • Lead and manage interior construction projects from pre-construction through closeout

\n

  • Supervise Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and field teams
  • \n

  • Oversee budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication
  • \n

  • Ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • \n

  • Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and compliance
  • \n

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • \n

  • Support multiple active projects as needed
  • \n \n

    The Project Manager - Government Projects - Washington, DC should have : \n

  • 8-10 years of experience in construction project management
  • \n

  • Strong background in interior construction (commercial / government preferred)
  • \n

  • Experience managing APMs or project support teams
  • \n

  • Ability to handle fast-paced projects in the $1M-$2M range
  • \n

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • \n

  • Government or secure project experience is a plus, but not required
  • \n \n
