In this rewarding role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care throughout the assessment, intervention, and evaluation process.\n\nAs an LTAC RN, you will collaborate closely with a diverse healthcare team to develop and implement care plans that ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care. Your responsibilities will include : \n

• Administering medications and managing complex healthcare equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, critical care IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines.\n
• Monitoring, implementing, and evaluating patient status to ensure appropriate care is provided.\n
• Providing guidance and support to clinical support staff to foster a high standard of care.\n\nShift Schedule : 3x12 Days
