Are you skilled at making pastries with a passion for crafting beautiful and delicious cakes? Molly's Cupcakes River East is looking for a creative and hard-working Pastry Team Member to join our dynamic kitchen.

What You’ll Do :

  • Prepare batters, frostings, fillings, and cookie doughs daily.
  • Assemble and decorate signature and custom-designed cakes with buttercream.
  • Follow recipes and prep lists to ensure consistent quality.
  • Maintain food safety and high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate respectfully and kindly with your fellow team members.
  • Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Commercial kitchen experience is a big plus .
  • Formal pastry education and cake decorating skills are highly valued but we take experience and the desire to learn into account.
  • A detail-oriented, organized, and reliable professional.
  • Availability to work from 6am-2pm 4-5 days per week
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a positive, problem solving attitude!
