Position Summary :

As our QC Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting inspections of components during the manufacturing process and prior to shipment. This involves verifying that all dimensions, tolerances, and materials adhere to the client's drawings and specifications with precision.

Qualifications & Requirements :

• Possess a minimum of one to three years of practical experience within a manufacturing setting.
• Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of inspection methodologies, instruments, and apparatus utilized in the examination and evaluation of cable, harness, and / or electromechanical assemblies.
• Apply Quality Assurance / Quality Control principles effectively to achieve stipulated quality objectives.
• Interpret blueprints and schematics proficiently, enabling the inspection and testing of finished goods against technical drawings and mandated standards with minimal supervision and technical assistance.
• Collaborate efficiently within diverse Quality Assurance / Control and Manufacturing teams.
• Communicate articulately with the QC Inspector Team Lead, Supervisor, Managers, staff, and colleagues.
• Possess in-depth expertise in highly technical engineering principles and processes.
• Apply Engineering knowledge and pertinent codes and standards to analyze and develop effective assembly systems, generate specifications, and deliver technical presentations to clients.
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal proficiencies.

Pay Transparency :

Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $19.50 to $27.00 per hour. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
