Director Of Dining Services - Corporate Dining

The Director of Dining Services, reporting directly to the VP of Operations, holds duties related to day-to-day operations of a designated client account. This hands-on position entails a need for excellent communication and client relationship building skills and strong operational leadership with expertise in catering and cafe management.

This position offers a desirable Monday through Friday schedule (some evenings required). You will work alongside a salaried culinary manager and oversee a small hourly staff.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manages day to day operations of an account
• Maintains excellent relationships with customers, guests and client as well as other departments
• Oversees financials as it pertains to the account
• Conducts HR functions including hiring, progressive counseling, terminations
• Oversees scheduling, payroll and team training
