Location : Knoxville, Tennessee (In-Person) + Up to 75% Travel

In this role, you'll take charge of retail initiatives from remodels and resets to new store openings working directly with independent retailers and internal teams to deliver outstanding results. What You'll Do :

• Lead store sets, resets, remodels, and conversions from planning through completion on time, on budget, and to scope.
• Partner with independent retailers and Sales teams to assess store needs and recommend layouts, merchandising, and product strategies that boost profitability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact during store projects, ensuring consistent communication and alignment with retailer goals.
• Collaborate across departments and with external vendors to coordinate resources and ensure seamless project delivery.
• Track project budgets, KPIs, and outcomes, reporting progress and insights to stakeholders.
• Identify process improvements and support the development of merchandising tools, including planograms and fixture layouts.
• Build and maintain strong vendor and industry relationships to incorporate trends, programs, and promotions into store plans.
• Act as a retail consultant, advising dealers on assortment, pricing, and merchandising best practices that drive sales and margin growth.
