Job description

General Surgery Opening in Las Cruces, NM El Paso, TX 45mA thriving hospital-employed practice in Las Cruces, New Mexico is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon to join a collaborative and well-supported surgical team. This is an outstanding opportunity to practice broad-scope general surgery in a welcoming, growing community with excellent quality of life. Position Highlights :

  • General bread-and-butter surgery with a wide case mix
  • Strong surgical autonomy in a supportive team environment
  • Two da Vinci Xi robots available for minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
  • Balanced schedule with 1 : 4 ER call and 1 : 4 practice call (phone only)
  • Mix of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities
  • New graduates welcome - excellent opportunity for growth and mentorship
